During our time spent on computer screens and electronic devices you may notice your eyes growing weary and your body tired. Brain Gym is a method that aids in waking up your brain and body. Through a set of deliberate movements that are fun and engaging we can experience less tension and stress, while enhancing the flow of learning, performing, and communication.
